Due to our service engineer of 22 years deciding to put his feet up and retire we are on the lookout for his replacement.
Job Title: Service Engineer
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Job Description: At Legend Fires we provide a 12 months warranty with all our products. If a customer has an issue with one of our products in the warranty period we send our own in-house engineer out to repair any issues they may have. We generally try to attend the call within a 2 week period. Our engineer would cover from the Midlands up to the Scottish border, with the occasional trip outside of this area. However, the role is mainly based in the North West. Our service department calls and books the customers in, through our online booking system. The engineer is responsible for their own time and ensuring part stock levels are maintained.
The Candidate:
Essentials:
- Gas safe registered
- A fundamental understanding of gas fires
- A clean driving licence
- Exceptional customer service
- Respectful
- A clean and tidy appearance
Not essential (but desired)
- North West Based
- Previous service/repair work experience
- Worked in the Fireplace Industry
