Legend Range Support

We have a gas fire with serial number 00350 / Trent Fireplaces / product code HHE 16CN RC. We have issue with it continually clicking when lit with the remote control. The pilot lights but no other flames. We do not have anything to tell us if it is a Virage or Vantage, slim or anything else. Can you help us please as we would need info to get it fixed.

Your "Legend SPECIAL. Gas Fire doesn’t appear.
Having trouble this season, igniting, at sequencing control panel, Lower RHS.
