When you book through Legend Fires, we’ll help arrange for a trusted independent Gas Safe registered engineer to service your appliance.

A standard service may include:

• Checking the appliance is operating correctly
• Cleaning and checking key components where required
• Carrying out relevant safety checks
• Letting you know if any parts or repairs are needed
• Helping keep your fire in good working order

If any additional work or replacement parts are required, these will be discussed and quoted separately before being carried out.

If we are unable to arrange cover in your area, we will contact you and advise the best next step.

Please note this is for a standard gas fire service only. Repairs, replacement parts and any additional work are not included in the service price. If anything extra is required, this will be discussed and quoted separately. Service availability depends on your location, appliance type and engineer availability. If we are unable to arrange a suitable engineer in your area, we will contact you and advise the next step. The appliance must be easily accessible and in a suitable condition to service.
